Soft Winding
Soft Winding is the process in which yarns are transferred from paper cone to plastic cones to facilitate the dyeing process.
Reeling
Reeling consists of winding yarn on to a rotating swift from which the yarn may be removed in the form of a hank which is then used for dyeing.
Dyeing
In the dyeing process, the hank is given the desired color following the defined requirements and using standardized and high quality chemicals. The principle follows the sub-processes of application, fixation, rinsing and washing, whereby different technologies are applied.
Cone Winding
The dyed hanks are then wound on a cone package in the process called cone winding.
Spooling
Spooling involves converting the cone packages to baby cones that form our final product.
Quality Assurance
It is ensured that each individual item meets the highest standards of quality and the specification of our customers before the product is packed.
Packing
The individual thread cones are then packed and delivered to our customers.
